Poem Title |
Raindrops |
Have you ever heard the sound of rain, Even hitting the window pane. Leaving streaks down the glass, Lying on blades of grass. Oh to be a drop of rain!
Mingling with your scent so sweet, Yielding to gravity’s amazing feat.
Searching for the way to go, Intrepid as a flake of snow. Sliding down your neck so fair, Traveling onward shall it dare? Effused by the final fall, Raindrops on your heart do call.
